Equity is a Choice
Equity is the process of ensuring that processes and programs are impartial, fair and provide equal possible outcomes for every individual. Equity to workers can be explained as getting compensated fairly for their work, being challenged on the job, the opportunity to learn and to contribute.
Inclusion is an Action
