Lori Bottoni

Lori Bottoni is responsible for marketing and communications functions and oversees supply chain including supplier vetting, onboarding, contract negotiation and administration. Lori also guides overall client strategy and growth initiatives.

Prior to her current role, Lori Bottoni was Vice President of Administration at Enterforce. In this role, she was responsible for the company’s human resource functions as well as client service resources. Lori is a strategic human resources leader with proven capabilities to effectively partner with senior executives, communicate effectively with diverse audiences at all levels and navigate organizational complexity.

Lori has been recognized as a strategic thinker with the ability to effectively design, plan and execute complex initiatives to support and drive organizational strategy. She is an experienced leader in business, human resources, organizational strategy and continuous improvement with a proven track record of establishing strong partnerships, developing and executing vision and strategy, and improving service delivery through transformation initiatives.

With over 10 years of experience in program management, client services, and organizational effectiveness, her strengths include talent planning, human capital development and integrating people processes into the business strategy. Lori has expansive experience in process development and improvement and day-to-day service delivery. 

Lori’s business strategy execution focuses on three pillars: PEOPLE (Human Capital and Talent Management lifecycle consulting, including program management, supplier engagement, organizational effectiveness, and transition), PROCESSES (onboarding, offboarding, IT/Technology Systems), and PERFORMANCE (monitoring performance and metrics/reporting).

Lori has held various roles at Enterforce. As the Director of Strategic Growth, Lori oversaw the contingent workforce program to maintain quality programming and mentoring the program management team. She worked closely with the senior level management at our clients to understand and be proactive to their business needs. As the Director of Client Services, Lori worked with procurement and human resource departments, hiring managers, suppliers and Enterforce corporate staff to identify and develop processes, provide co-employment protection, and cost savings for the client. Prior to that, Lori was on-site at one of our clients and was instrumental in the development of Enterforce’s Intern/Co-op management services.

Education & Organizations

  • Lori obtained her B.S. dual degree in Human Resource Administration and Psychology from Ottawa University and graduated magna cum laude. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Mount Mary University.
